Ingredients
- 1 bunch kale leaves, rinsed, dried, cut lengthwise in half and stems removed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 250F. Toss kale leaves with oil in large bowl. Sprinkle with salt. Arrange leaves in single layer on large baking sheets. Bake until crisp, 30m for flat leaves and up to 33m for wrinkled leaves.
