Ingredients

  • 1 can artichoke hearts, drained, squeezed & chopped
  • 1 cup mayo (not light)
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan
  • 2 pickled sliced jalapenos (no seeds), chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Mix everything and bake at 350F, for 20-25m. Garnish with chopped green onions and chunks of fresh tomato.
