Ingredients
- 2 cups vegan margarine
- 2/3 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1/3 cup vanilla soymilk
- 3 cups sugar
- 5 1/2 cups AP flour
- 4 tsp cream of tartar
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup cinnamon
- 1 cup sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Combine dry ingredients. Combine wet ingredients. Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients.
Step 2
Chill 2 hours.
Step 3
Preheat oven 400*F. Roll dough into balls. Roll in cinnamon and sugar.
Step 4
Bake 8-10 minutes
Add soymilk at the end of combining ingredients so dough isn't too wet.
