Ingredients

  • kiwis
  • 180g dark chocolate
  • 110g melted butter

Preparation

Step 1

1.Cut and peel the kiwi into 1 inch thick rounds, with a popsicle stick in each round. Freeze on a tray in the freezer.

2.Melt the chocolate and butter, then cool to room temperature.

3.Dip each kiwi-lolly into the chocolate mixture (it will immediately turn crispy) and place on a tray to refreeze.
