Ingredients
- 3/4 cup softened butter
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 cup bittersweet chocolate chips
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350
Cream together butter and sugars until fluffy and light in colour
Add egg and vanilla and blend in
Mix in dry ingredients
Stir in chocolate chips
Bake 8-10min until barely golden brown on edges (tops will not brown)
Cool on rack for 5 min
