Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 3 tbsp. melted butter

Preparation

Step 1

Combine dry ingredients
Add wet ingredients
Mix until just combined
Using 1/4 cup scoop, put mixture in heated pan sprayed with PAM
Flip when top is bubbling
