Ingredients
- 1 chocolate graham cracker crust
- 1 pint whipping cream
- 1 bag mini reese's cups, unwrapped and chopped finely (save some for garnish)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 6 tbsp milk
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup peanuts
Preparation
Step 1
Chop Reese's cups.
Step 2
Whip cream until soft peaks form. Add powdered sugar and whip until peaks are stiff. Set aside.
Step 3
In a large bowl, combine peanut butter and cream cheese. Add milk and vanilla and beat for one minute on high speed.
Step 4
Fold whipped cream into cream cheese misxture until completely blended. Add chopped peanut butter cups.
Step 5
Spoon into crust. Add until filling is high or use 2 shells.
Step 6
Garnish with peanuts and whole peanut butter cups.
Step 7
Pie must be refrigerated for at least 4 hours before serving. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
Can be frozen.
