- 3 Tablespoons blanched almond flour
- 2 Tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 Tablespoon pure Maple Syrup
- 1 Tablespoon plain, unsweetened almond milk
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon Ghee or coconut oil
- pinch sea salt
- 1 large egg
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl (see NOTES above). Use a fork or whisk to beat ingredients together until well mixed and there are not clumps. Think of this as beating eggs – you want to aerate the eggs a bit to add some lightness.
Step 2
Pour into a mug (alternately, just mix the ingredients in the mug) and microwave for 2½ to 3 minutes (depending on microwave wattage).
Step 3
Let cool for 1 to 2 minutes and Enjoy!
