Spinach & Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Frozen Spinach thawed
  • 2 cans Artichoke Hearts
  • 16oz block of Cream Cheese softened
  • 1C Parmesan Romano
  • 2C Shredded Mozzarella
  • 1T Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 C Mayonnaise
  • Salt and Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat Oven to 350
Mix cream cheese, mayo, parmesan romano, and garlic and salt & pepper. Add artichoke hearts and spinach

Step 2

Place mixture in a 9x9 dish and top with mozzarella. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes until cheese is melted and golden brown.

Step 3

Serve with tortilla chips or pita chips
