Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups self rising flour 8 tblsp butter 1/2 cup water 2 cups sugar divided 4 cups sliced peaches 1 1/2 cups milk grouund cinnamon.
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350.
Step 2
Combine peaches 1 cup sugar and water in saucepan and mix well. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 mins. Remove from heat.
Step 3
Put butter in a 3 quart baking dish and place in oven.
Step 4
Mix remaining sugar flour and milk slowly. Pour mixture over melted butter. Do not stir.
Step 5
Spoon peaches on top gently pouring in syrup.
Step 6
Sprinkle top with ground cinnamon. Bake for 30-45 mins.
