Ingredients
- 2 cups crushed graham crackers 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup melted butter or margarine 1 pkg. cream cheese one cool whip 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar 2 small cans cherry pie filling
Preparation
Step 1
Mix together crushed graham crackers brown sugar and margarine. Place in 13 x 9 inch pan and press to form crust. Set aside.
Step 2
Mix with mixer the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar. Stir in cool whip by hand.
Step 3
Place cream cheese mixture on top of crust, and spread.
Step 4
Add cherry pie filling on top. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
