Ingredients
- 6-8 whole garlic cloves 6-8 beef boulon cubes 5 tbsp.Italian Seasoning 1- lg. thick any cut roast. Depending on how many you are feeding. 2tbsp.cornstarch 2tbsp. cold water
Preparation
Step 1
Slice wholes into your roast and place whole cleaned garlic clothes clear threw out roast.
Step 2
Place roast in a turkey pan covering with water add 6-8 boulon and sprinkle in 5 tbsp.Italian Seasoning.350 Oven Cover and bake about 6hrs. until meat falls apart,or can be shredded easily.
Step 3
Remove from oven shred meat on a lg. platter,add most of liquid to a lg. sauce pan boil and then add shredded meat.to thicken your juices just slowly add 2tbsp. cold water and 2 tbsp. corn starch that is already mixed in a sm. glass to your pan it will thicken like gravy.
To keep your meat from getting hard on top make shure to check regularlly and add water in oven if needed.Toast buns in oven for a min. or toaster add shredded cheese,banana peppers, or ranch dressing.
