Ingredients
- 2 lbs. red potatoes, scrubbed and cubed into 1/2' cubes
- 1/3 c. butter, melted
- 1 tsp. garlic salt or 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. dried parsley
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1 tsp. paprika
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425.
Step 2
Place potatoes in a microwave safe dish. Mix all other ingredients in a small bowl and pour evenly over potatoes. Stir.
Step 3
Microwave on high about 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, until potatoes are tender.
Step 4
Place on cookie sheet and bake about 10 minute in oven.
