Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- 250g mini marshmallows
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter and peanut butter in large pan over low heat.
Step 2
Add butterscotch chips and stir until melted.
Step 3
Remove from heat and let cool before adding in the mini marshmallows.
Step 4
Line a 9x9 pan with tin foil and pack the mixture in.
Step 5
Refrigerate, then cut into squares.
