Ingredients
- 2 cups of milk
- 3 cups of shredded cheese
- 1.5 tbsp of corn starch
- Desired amount of pasta
Preparation
Step 1
Bring 2 cups of milk to a low simmer on the stove.
Also cook pasta and drain.
Step 2
Mix cornstarch with water to desired thickness. Add cornstarch to milk and stir. If you prefer a thicker sauce, mix more cornstarch with water and add slowly, until desired texture is reached.
Step 3
Add 2.5 cups of cheese to the sauce, stir until cheese has completely blended in.
Step 4
Pour sauce over cooked pasta in a casserole dish. Sprinkle remainder of cheese on top. You may add bread crumbs, salt, pepper, what ever you wish.
Step 5
Have oven preheated at 350°F. Place casserole dish into oven and cook covered for 20 minutes, or until the top is a golden brown. Let cool for 3-5 minutes and serve.
