Ingredients
- 1 3/4 Cups Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 Cup Butter
- 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 Cup firmly packed Brown Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- Candy Kisses
Preparation
Step 1
Combine butter, peanut butter, sugar, and brown sugar
Step 2
Mix in egg and vanilla
Step 3
Add flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix well.
Step 4
Shape into balls. Roll balls in sugar and place on ungreased cookie sheets.
Step 5
Bake for 8 minutes at 375
Step 6
Remove from oven and press candy kiss on top until cookie cracks around the edges.
Step 7
Return to oven and bake for 2-5 minutes or until brown.
