Ingredients
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate morsels (6 ounces)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk (skim or whole)
- 1/2 cup peanut butter (chunky or smooth)
- 1 pint fresh strawberries
Preparation
Step 1
Combine and cook chocolate morsels, sugar, and milk on low heat until the chocolate is melted. Stir constantly. Add peanut butter and mix well.
Step 2
Transfer the chocolate mixture to a 1-quart bowl that's been warmed. The chocolate will stay warm enough for dipping for about 20 minutes. If chocolate starts to solidify, reheat it in the microwave on half power, stirring after each 30-second increment until it is creamy again.
Step 3
Serve alongside plate of strawberries.
