Ingredients
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 pkg. (4 serving size)Jell-O Brand raspberry Flavor gelatin
- 2 cups ice cubes
- 1 baked 9 in. square brownie layer, cooled, and cut into 1 in. cubes
- 3 cups cold milk
- 2 pkg. (4 serving size each) Jell-O vanilla flavor instant pudding and pie filling
- 2 cups raspberries
- 1 cup thawed Cool Whip whipped topping
Preparation
Step 1
stir boiling water into dry gelatin in medium bowl at least 2 min. or until completely dissolved
Step 2
Add ice; stir until ice is completely melted and gelatin starts to thicken
Step 3
place brownie pieces into 2 1/2 qt. serving bowl cover with gelatin. Refrigerate until ready to use
Step 4
Pour milk in separate medium bowl. Add dry pudding mixes. Beat with wire whisk 2 min. or until well blended
Step 5
Spoon over ingredients in serving bowl; top with layers of raspberries and whipped topping. Refrigerate 2 hr. or until ready to serve
Prepare and refrigerate the Jell-O, brownies and pudding layers the day before you serve
