Ingredients
- 2 lbs. frozen chunk hash browns
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 c. shredded cheese
- 12-16 oz. sour cream
- Topping: 4 c. corn flakes, crushed
- 1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation
Step 1
Mix ingredients and place in 9x13 greased pan.
Step 2
Cover with crushed corn flakes and butter sprinkled on top.
Step 3
Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
