Ingredients

  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 1 c. oil
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3 c. grated carrots
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 4 eggs beaten

Preparation

Step 1

Mix dry ingredients. Add oil, carrots and eggs one at a time.

Step 2

Mix well and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until done.
