Ingredients

  • 2 Cups oats
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup almonds
  • 4 Tbs honey
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup golden raisins
  • 4 Tbs unsalted butter
  • 2 Tbs flax seeds

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 324*F. Combine oats, sugar, cinnamon, raisins, and almonds in a mixing bowl.

Step 2

In a saucepan over low heat, melt butter and add honey. Stir to blend. Pour over the oat mixture and stir to blend.

Step 3

Spread the granola out on a baking sheet and bake until golden and crunchy.
