Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups of softened butter
- 1 cup of confectioners' sugar
- 1 TBSP of vanilla
- 2 2/3 cups of flour
Preparation
Step 1
Cream butter, sugar, and vanilla until fluffy.
Step 2
Gradually beat in flour.
Step 3
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Step 4
Preheat oven to 325
Step 5
Flour board and roll out to about 3/8" thick
Step 6
Bake for 11 -13 minutes. Cookies will not get dark, but should be firm.
