Ingredients
- 1 cup of ketchup
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 3 tbsp white vinegar
- 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1/3 cup finely chopped onions
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 4 lbs baby back ribs individually cut
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Mix ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and onions
- in separate bowl mix salt, garlic powder and pepper
- Rub the dry ingredients onto ribs
- In a large skillet heat oil
- Brown ribs
- Place ribs in slow cooker
- Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours until tender
