Ingredients
- 1 can of artichokes, drained and chopped
- 1 package frozen chopped spinach, squeezed dry after thawing
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup mayo
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
Preparation
Step 1
Mix ingredients and bake in a 8 inch square pan at 350 degrees for twenty minutes
Serve with sliced, toasted baguettes, pretzels, or on gourmet crackers.
