Ingredients
- 6 slices Texas toast or other white bread
- 1 egg whisked
- 6 graham cracker sheets finely crushed
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- chocolate syrup or melted milk chocolate chips
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat griddle or large pan or non stick skillet to medium-high heat. Spray with cooking spray. Also, preheat oven to broil.
Step 2
2. Place whisked eggs in a wide bowl and graham cracker crumbs in another bowl. Dip each toast/bread slice into the egg, flip to coat. Next, dip into graham cracker crumbs, flip to coat. Place on griddle (or pan) and cook 2-3 minutes, then flip and cook 2-3 minutes on second side. Place each cooked toast in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Top each toast with ¼ cup marshmallows. Place in oven 2-3 minutes until marshmallows begin to brown (careful not to let them burn!). Remove from oven, drizzle with chocolate syrup (or melted milk chocolate chips) and serve warm. Enjoy!
