Kale Chips

A healthy alternative to a bag of potato chips. Healthy doesn't mean boring- they have average chips beat!

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of kale
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil OR peanut oil
  • Sea salt

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a non insulated cookie sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

With a knife or hands carefully remove the leaves from the thick stems and tear into bite size pieces. Wash and thoroughly dry kale. Toss kale in oil and sprinkle with salt.

Step 3

Bake until the edges brown but are not burnt, 10 to 15 minutes.
