Ingredients
- 4 large tortillas
- 1/2 c shredded monterey jack cheese
- 8 0z ham, sliced
- 1/2 c diced tomatoes
- 2 tbsp chopped green onion
- pepper to taste
- vegetable oil fro brushing tops
Preparation
Step 1
lightly spray cookie sheet with cooking spray
Step 2
arrange 2 tortillas on cookie sheet, then top with 1/4 c of the cheese
Step 3
top the cheese with sliced ham, diced tomatoes, green onion, and other 1/4 cup of cheese
Step 4
sprinkle with a little pepper, then cover each with another tortilla
Step 5
brush tops with oil and bake at 425 for about 10-12 min, until browned
Step 6
cut into wedges and serve
