Ingredients
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 4 cups broccoli blanched
- 2 thinly sliced carrots
- 2 large onion
- 6-8 oz sirloin steak
- 3 tbsp low sodium chicken or beef broth
- 1 tbsp soya sauce
- 1tsp whole wheat flour
- 1/2 tsp splenda
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil add vegetables. Cook until vegetables are tender and onions are browned.
Step 2
Stir in beef strips cook to desired doneness.
Step 3
In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients, stirring to dissolve flour, add to beef mixture and cook stirring constantly until sauce thickens. 2-3 minutes.
