Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 1 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven the 350 and grease or line a mini muffin pan.
Step 2
Mix sugar,butter and nutmeg together. Add milk.
Step 3
Mix in flour and baking powder.
Step 4
Scoop into pan and bake for 8-10 min.
Step 5
Mix sugar and cinnamon together. Brush baked muffing the melted butter and roll in cinnamon sugar.
