Ingredients
- 1 lb banana pepper, seeded and sliced crossways into rings
- Pickling Juice
- 4 cups white vinegar
- 1 1/3 cups white sugar
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
Preparation
Step 1
Bring the vinegar, sugar, mustard seed and celery seed to a rolling boil.
Step 2
Cut and pack sliced peppers in 1/2 pint jar.
Step 3
Pour boiling pickling juice over the peppers. Leaving 1/2" headspace.
Step 4
10 minutes in boiling water bath.
