Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 - 15 oz cans chili beans in chili gravy
- 14-1/2 oz can diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained
- 11-1/2 oz can hot-style vegetable juice
Preparation
Step 1
Cook ground beef and onion in a large skillet until meat is brown. Drain fat.
Step 2
Combine beef mixture and remaining ingredients in a slow cooker. Cover and cook at low for 4 - 6 hrs. or high for 2 - 3 hrs.
Step 3
Top with green onions, sour cream and/or cheddar cheese.
