Oven Baked Chciken Fingers

Ingredients

  • 1cup dry italian bread crumbs
  • 2tbsp parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1/4cup oil
  • 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts

Preparation

Step 1

Shake bread crumbs and cheese together in a plastic bag, set aside.

Step 2

Combine garlic and oil in a small bowl, set aside.

Step 3

Flatten chicken to 1/2 inch thickness; cut into one-inch wide strips.

Step 4

Dip strips in oil mixture; coat with crumb mixture.

Step 5

Arrange on a greased baking sheet; bake at 350 for 20 minutes, turning after 10 minutes.
