Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Miracle Whip Calorie-Wise Spread
- 2 cups skim milk
- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1-1/4 lb. (565 g) boneless skinless chicken breast s, cut into bite-size pieces
- 3 cups frozen chopped broccoli , thawed, drained
- 2 cups instant brown rice , uncooked
- 1-1/2 cups Kraft Double Cheddar Light Shredded Cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 375°F.
Mix Miracle Whip, milk, thyme and garlic powder in shallow 3-L casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray.
Add chicken, broccoli and rice; mix well.
Bake 30 min. or until chicken is done. Top with cheese; let stand 5 min. or until cheese is melted and liquid is absorbed.
VARIATION
Prepare using Kraft Tex Mex or 4 Cheese Italiano Shredded Cheese, and/or substituting your family's favourite frozen vegetable blend for the broccoli.
SUBSTITUTE
Substitute a 13x9-inch baking dish for the casserole dish.
