  • SALT AND PEPER
  • GARLIC POWDER
  • OLIVE OIL

Preparation

Step 1

PREHEAT BARBEQUE GRILL HIGH HEAT

Step 2

BRUSH SALMON WITH OLIVE OIL
SEASON SALMON WITH SALT AND PEPPER GARLIC POWDER, OR ANY SEAFOOD SEASONING PERFERRED, OR MARINADE

Step 3

PLACE FILLETS ON GRILL SKIN SIDE UP
GRILL WITH TOP DOWN FOR 2 MINUTES

Step 4

FLIP OVER FILLETS
GRILL FOR 6 MINUTES

Step 5

PLACE FLAT METAL SPATULA BETWEEN SKIN AND FISH FILLET
GENTLY SLIDE THROUGH AND SKIN WILL SEPARATE LEAVING FILLET DONE WITH NO SKIN

SERVE IMMEDIATELT WITH LEMON WEDGES IF DESIRED
