Butter Pecan Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups self rising flour
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Step 2

Combine flour, pecans and brown sugar in bowl

Step 3

Mix together egg, milk butter and vanilla

Step 4

Add to flour mixture, stirring only until ingredients are moistened

Step 5

Spoon in to muffin pan and bake 15 minutes
