Ingredients
- 4 cups sliced strawberrys
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 1/3 cups Busquick
- 2/3 cups Milk
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 1 container Cool Whip
Preparation
Step 1
Cut up strawberrys and mix with 1/2 cup of sugar. Set in fridge.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 425• F
Step 3
Stir Busquick mix, milk, sugar, and butter until soft dough forms
Step 4
Drop mix into a cupcake pan
Step 5
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown
Step 6
Split shortbread cupcakes top with strawberrys and cool whip
