Sweet Chili Hot Wings

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 cup Honey
  • 1/4-1/3 cup Sriracha Sauce
  • 4 lbs. Chicken Wingettes and/or Drumettes
  • 3 Tbsp. Roughly Chopped Cilantro - for Garnish

Preparation

Step 1

In a large crock pot, whisk together the soy sauce, honey and sriracha sauce until blended. Add the wings and toss to coat. Press the wings to submerge (add broth or water if necessary). Cover and cook on high 3 1/2-4 hours.

Step 2

Preheat the broiler. Broil the wings on foil-lined baking sheets, turning once, until crispy, about 5-10 minutes. Sprinkle with cilantro.
