Ingredients
- 1 large head of cabbage, 1 large onion, 1 1/4 cups sugar, 1 cup vinegar, 3/4 cup salad oil, 1 tbsp. dry mustard, 1 tsp. celery seed, 1 tsp. salt.
Preparation
Step 1
Chop cabbage and onion. Drain. Put remaining ingredients into a blender and mix until well blended. Pour into a small saucepan and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Pour over cabbage and onion and let set for 3 hours. Stir coleslaw and refrigerate. Cover and will keep 5 to 6 weeks.
