Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 6 - 8 medium potatoes thinly sliced (6 cups)
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups milk
  • butter

Preparation

Step 1

Place half the potatoes in greased 2 quart casserole. Add half the onion, sift half the flour over. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, dot with butter repeat layer. Pour milk all over. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 -1/2 to 2 hours.
