Hot Spinach-Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 10 oz. pkg. Frozen Spinach
  • 2 Cans Artichoke Hearts
  • 1/2 c. Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. Sour Cream
  • 1 c. Fresh Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 c. Grated Pepper Jack Cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease casserole dish with non-stick spray

Step 2

Heat spinach in microwave on high for 5 min. and squeeze dry. Drain artichoke hearts and coarsely chop in food processor.

Step 3

Combine all ingredients except jack cheese in a large bowl. Stir well. Pour into casserole dish and sprinkle top with jack cheese.

Step 4

Bake for 30 min. Serve warm.
