Ingredients

  • 2 cups (16 oz) heavy cream 1 can sweetened condensed milk 1 1/2 tsp vanilla ext

Preparation

Step 1

Using electric mixer, beat the ingredients in a large bowl until thick stiff peaks start to form, usually 3-5 minutes

Step 2

Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan or freezer safe container. cover and freeze until firm, at least 8 hours and up to 2 weeks.

Can add any variety of mix ins to make ice cream more interesting.
