Ingredients

  • 1 c cake flour
  • 1 c sugar
  • 1 t baking soda
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 1 can fruit cocktail drained
  • Topping
  • 1/2 c nuts chopped
  • 1/4 c brown sugar

Preparation

Step 1

mix all cake ingredients together. put into a buttered 8x8 cake pan. mix topping and sprinkle on top.

Step 2

bake 350 35-40 minutes

very sweet. it tastes better warm I think
