Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds fresh green beans(2cans)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 clove garlic, crushed(1 teaspoon paste)
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons dry bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- paprika
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F
Step 2
Combine the first 7 ingredients in a 2quart casserole dish.
Step 3
In a small bowl combine bread crumbs, parm cheese and melted butter. Sprinkle over green beans. Sprinkle with paprika.
Step 4
Bake 20-30 mins until bubbly and golden brown.
