Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Instant Chocolate Pudding Mix
- 1 c. Cold Milk
- 1/4 c. Strong Brewed Coffee Chilled
- 1 c. Heavy Whipping Cream
- 3 tbsp. Sugar
- 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 2 tbsp. Chocolate Chips For Garnish
Preparation
Step 1
In large bowl with pudding mix with milk and coffee until very thick.
Step 2
In another bowl beat heavy cream with sugar and vanilla with mixer until soft peaks form. Reserve 1/4 c. for garnish.
Step 3
Stir 1/3 of whipped cream into pudding to lighten it. Fold remaining cream into pudding gently.
Step 4
Top each serving of mousse with cream an top with chocolate chips.
