Ingredients
- Pork Spare Ribs or Chicken
- 1 Cup Salsa
- 1 Cup Ketchup
- 1 Clove Garlic minced
- ¼ Cup Packed Brown Sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Cut ribs into serving sized pieces. Place in large saucepan and cover with salted water.
Step 2
Cover and simmer for 50-60 minutes or until tender. Drain well. Place in large foil-lined pan.
Step 3
Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over ribs bake at 350 F for 30 minutes, basting occasionally, until hot and glazed.
Marinate ribs in sauce overnight if time permits.
Can be done on chicken too but don’t precook them simply bake them longer 45-50 minutes.
