Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon Coriander
  • 1 Tablespoon paprika
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon saffron
  • ½ teaspoon ginger
  • 1 teaspoon garlic
  • Chicken
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • ½ cup water
  • ¼ Cup lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon oxo
  • Kalamata olives
  • Lemon slices

Preparation

Step 1

Mix spices and coat chicken. Dust with flour.

Step 2

Place chicken in baking dish mix water, lemon juice and oxo, pour over chicken.

Step 3

Add olives and lemon slices and bake 350 F for 40 minutes.
