Ingredients
- 2lb round steak, cut in 1 inch cubes
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 cans can tomato sauce
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup light molasses
- 2 cup sliced carrots
- 1 large chopped green pepper
- pinch of salt
Preparation
Step 1
Brown meat in hot oil in skillet, then place in crock pot. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Cook for 6 to 7 hours on low. Serve with rice.
