Ingredients
- 1 Bag of Shrimp
- 5-6 Cloves of Garlic
- 4 tbsp of butter
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 freshly chopped parsley
- A dash of olive oil
- A dash of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp grated parmesan
Preparation
Step 1
Rinse and peel your shrimp
Step 2
Chop the garlic cloves and parsley
Step 3
Place the dash of olive oil in a warm pan and start to fry the shrimp. add the salt and peper
Step 4
Add the garlic, butter, and parsley. Let fry for 2-3 minutes and then add parm.
Step 5
Serve on white rice or noodles.
Adding some white wine during the fry is helpful
