Grannys Baked Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 can chicken
  • 2 cup chopped celery
  • 2/3 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 chopped cup bell pepper
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 chopped cup onion
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 chopped pimentos
  • 4 sliced boiled eggs
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 1/2 cup crushed potato chips

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients except for the cheese and chips. Place those on top of the salad. Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes.
