Ingredients
- 4 cups Chex Cereal
- 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Pour cereal into large bowl with lid.
Step 2
In a medium saucepan over low heat, put peanut butter, chocolate chips, and butter. Heat until completely melted stirring often. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Pour mixture over cereal. Stir until well coated. Pour in the powdered sugar. Place lid on the bowl and shake until coated. Remove lid and spread mixture onto wax paper. Once cooled store in an airtight container.
